El presente documento constituye la política de devoluciones de productos de Reformex, que se efectúen los usuarios a través del portal (www.reformex.com.mx), todo lo que no se encuentre previsto en el presente documento, tendrá que ser consultado en los términos y condiciones de uso de la actual página.

Este documento tiene como principal objetivo: solucionar los problemas de los usuarios, garantizando su plena satisfacción, a través de los mecanismos de protección aplicables.

La presente política de devolución, solo será aplicable durante los 10 días hábiles posteriores a que el usuario reciba su producto.

1. RESTRICCIONES

El producto deberá ser devuelto en su empaque original y con todo su contenido.
Si deseas solicitar un cambio, el producto de reemplazo será enviado por Reformex, una vez que recibamos la devolución del producto por tu parte.
Si el producto solicitado como cambio y/o devolución es de mayor valor al pactado inicialmente, es necesario que cubras la diferencia, para que Reformex proceda con el cambio del producto. En caso de que dicho producto sea de menor valor, Reformex generará el reembolso de la diferencia a tu favor.
Después de que ingreses la solicitud de devolución, tendrás un plazo de 3 días naturales para depositar el producto que deseas cambiar en la paquetería correspondiente, o bien, en caso de que el vendedor se encuentre en la misma ciudad que tú, deberás llevarlo al almacén correspondiente.
El proveedor del producto hará un proceso de revisión conforme a sus estándares de cumplimiento y deberá autorizar el cambio y/o devolución del producto.
Para que se dictamine favorable una devolución y/o cambio (ya sea que se haya abierto o no el empaque), el producto deberá estar en las mismas condiciones que al momento de la compra, es decir, sin mostrar alteración y/o daño e incluir todas sus partes, accesorios, manuales, certificados de garantía. Asimismo, será obligatorio a que el producto sea devuelto en su empaque original.
Para que la devolución pueda ser aprobada, es necesario que el producto no presente un desgaste de uso.

2. INSTRUCCIONES

Para solicitar el cambio y/o devolución deberás contactarnos al (646)-268-3260 y proporcionarnos tu número de pedido e indicarnos el problema con la pieza.
Empaca el producto, asegúrate de colocarlo en su empaque original e incluir todo lo que contenga el producto en su envío original.

3. PARA DEVOLUCIONES CON PAQUETERÍA

Imprime 3 copias de la guía de envío;
Pega una de las copias de la guía directamente al paquete;
Entrega el paquete en alguna de las oficinas de FedEx, aquí puedes consultar dónde está tu oficina más cercana http://www.fedex.com/locate/index.html?locale=es_MX.
Cuando el paquete llegue a las oficinas de Reformex nos pondremos en contacto contigo para confirmar la recepción del producto;

4. MODALIDADES DE REEMBOLSO

PAGO CON TARJETA DE CRÉDITO/DÉBITO

El reembolso será realizado únicamente a la tarjeta utilizada para efectuar la compra original. El depósito será abonado a los dos días hábiles siguientes a que Reformex dictamine como favorable el cambio y/o devolución, en este tenor de ideas, Reformex enviará al usuario un correo electrónico confirmando dicho reembolso.
Nota: El tiempo que demore en reflejarse el abono en la tarjeta de crédito y/o débito correspondiente, dependerá exclusivamente del banco emisor de la tarjeta.
PAGO CON PAYPAL
1. Si el medio de pago utilizado como pago a través del portal de PayPal fue una tarjeta de crédito y/o débito, PAYPAL realizará un abono en dicha tarjeta.
2. Si utilizó un método de pago diferente a una tarjeta de crédito y/o débito, Reformex realizará el abono en su saldo de PayPal.
3. Si utilizó tanto una tarjeta de crédito como otra fuente, PayPal reintegrará la parte de la tarjeta de crédito a dicha tarjeta y el resto a su saldo de PayPal.
  Nota: El usuario deberá tener en consideración que los reintegros a tarjetas de crédito pueden tardar hasta 30 días en aparecer en su estado de cuenta.
TRANSFERENCIA / PAGO EN BANCO / PAGO EN OXXO

El proceso demorará 3 días hábiles siguientes a que Reformex dictamine como favorable el cambio y/o devolución. Una vez transcurrido el plazo anterior, Reformex generará una transferencia a la cuenta bancaria del usuario, por lo cual el usuario se obliga a proporcionar a Reformex, la clabe interbancaria correspondiente.

En caso de ser esta la modalidad de pago, en el siguiente link podrás ingresar tus datos para posteriormente realizar el reembolso a tu cuenta.

Nota general: Verifica en la paquetería correspondiente, el número de rastreo o guía que te fue proporcionada, con el número de rastreo podrás conocer el lugar donde se encuentra tu devolución.
